Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or refund.
Perishable items (such as food, spices, dry fruits, etc.) are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
